The Leapfrog Group Invites Comments on Planned Updates to the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade Methodology
The Leapfrog Group published today planned updates to the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade methodology for the Fall 2018 grading cycle.
The methodology changes include the following:
1) Changes to the scoring for Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE)
2) Addition of a measure on Bar Code Medication Administration (BCMA)
