The spring 2026 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade Courtesy Review Period (February 24 – March 17) has closed and this website has been refreshed with final numerical scores and letter grades.

Hospitals will be able to access the Review Website to:

• Review the source data used in the spring 2026 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade.
• Provide contact information for your hospital so we can send you important announcements about the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade.

Hospitals with enough available data to receive a Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade will also be able to:

• Download the updated Hospital Safety Grade Calculator© and Scoring Methodology.
• Preview their final numerical score and confidential Hospital Safety Grade.

The Letter Grade Embargo Period for Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades is Open
Leapfrog’s public announcement of spring 2026 Hospital Safety Grades is scheduled for May 6. During this Letter Grade Embargo Period, you may share the grade preview with your hospital leadership, but you may not release any information to your staff or the public. The embargo will lift at 12:01am ET on May 6.
